2024 wedding pricing guide
The Wedding Experience begins right here – with communication and connection! It's important that we connect with you to ensure we're a great fit to work together, chat about the vision for your wedding, and more!
step 01. connect & chat
Once we know our team is a good fit, and you decide you'd like to move forward with our team, we will send over our booking documents. There you will be able to select your package, sign your contract, and pay a 25% retainer. It's all done electronically and can be completed with in 3 minutes!
step 02. book
After your wedding is confirmed, your Wedding Experience officially begins! You will be invited to our exclusive online Wedding Lounge, where you will find educational resources – from our fave vendors to wedding planning advice, and more.
step 03. The lounge
There are a lot of details that go into a wedding day, and we want to make sure we know about every single one. During this time, we will discuss all of these important details – from wedding day timelines to a must-have family shot list and more!
step 05. final planning
This day is all about you! You've put in the time and work to make it as unique as your love story so every single second of it should be enjoyed! Leave it to us to capture every emotion, moment, and detail so you can look back on this joyous day forever!
step 06. wedding day
Once we have collected your finished photos, we will place them inside our gallery platform and send you a direct link to your own personalized photo gallery. From this portal, you can purchase and download your keepsake photos. If you have a film, it will be delivered shortly after in the same online gallery.

Photos weren't meant to be stored on your device. They should be admired in your home and bring warmth into your life. We offer prints and albums so you can cherish your favorite moments and memories forever.

This is why we offer various printing options, with our favorite being the heirloom-quality albums we can provide you with. With this, you can look back at your favorite wedding moments not only in your heart, but also on your walls, on your coffee table, and in your hands.

01. How do we book you?
To secure your date on our calendar, we will send over a form to walk you through our 5-minute booking process. You'll be able to select your package, sign the contract, and provide the 25% retainer electronically. Once that's all done, you're set! Easy!
*All photography collections are subject to Washington State sales tax
02. how many hours of shooting will you need to capture my day?
Every wedding day is unique, but we've found with our style that 8 hours is the minimum. This allows us to get everything to create a beautiful gallery and film, while keeping the timeline stress-free.
Some couples choose extra coverage when doing a first look, a send off, or if they have multiple venues or a large guest count. Check out our wedding timeline guide here!
03. do you offer payment plans or do I have to pay it all at once?
Yes! We set all of our clients up with a payment plan automatically.
The initial retainer is 25% of your total, then the remaining balance is split into 3 equal payments. If you would like to adjust to monthly payments, that can be arranged as well.
We require the invoice be paid in full by 14 days prior to the wedding.
04. do you travel?
Yes! We include up to 50 miles of travel for your wedding. This covers most venues in Spokane and Coeur d'Alene.
If you're wedding is outside of that distance, we will provide a custom travel quote that covers lodging and travel expenses.
05. when do we receive our photos and/or film?
We take on a limited amount of weddings per year, but in our area wedding season tends to be shorter--meaning those weddings tend to be condensed into the warmer months.
We send a sneak peek of photos within 48 hours of the wedding day, and then will deliver all of your wedding photos in an online gallery within 8 weeks. If you hired us for videography, your film will arrive in approximately 12 weeks.
